You can collect your equipment the same day as your rental, or the day before after 15pm.
We would recommend the Performance category if you want the best beginner experience. Excellence if you are a intermediate to advanced skier. And premium if you are a advanced skier and want the top of the line equipment.
Around 10 minutes with a prebooking and 20 minutes without. But everything is depending on how busy it is in the store at the moment.
You dont need to prebook your rental equipment. But we have the best rental discounts online so we do recommend it. If you are unsure about which ski- or snowboard category to pick please reach out to us so we can help you out.
Yes, we do have a ski depot in located in our store. Prebook it online or tell us in the store when you pick your equipment up, and we’ll help you out.
If you had a injury or have gotten sick we do accept returns if you have a valid doctors note. The refund is calculated from the time the equipment is returned in the store.
